Bulk Trash
Bulk Trash pickup happens on the second Wednesday of each month. A quick clarification on timing: this refers to the second Wednesday that falls within a full week of the month, so if the 1st lands on a Thursday, bulky pickup would actually fall two Wednesdays later. Crews are allowed up to three days to make the rounds once items are curbside, so please don't put anything out before 6:00 am on your scheduled day.

Who's responsible for streets, lights, and drainage?
That falls under the City of Oklahoma City's care. Our Association's focus stays on entrances, beautification, community events, and safety within the neighborhood. When city maintenance issues come up, we submit reports through the OKC Action Center — and we're glad to file those on your behalf if you let us know what you're seeing.
What about tall grass or junk complaints?
Those are also under the City's jurisdiction — property owners are expected to keep lawns mowed and alleyways clear. As always, we're happy to submit a report to the OKC Action Center if you need help getting one filed.
